Welcome to My Creative Side, my new craft and lifestyle blog. Over the coming months, I hope to share with you my experiences as I strive to complete the myriad incomplete craft projects that I currently have on the go - in fact that was one of the motivations for starting this blog. I thought that if others were watching, I might actually get something completed.
Like the crochet handbag with no handles
The crochet afghan where I have completed all the squares but have yet to sew them together
The half finished rag rug
The yet-to-be decoupaged bust mannequin
The half knitted shawl - knitting was never my strong point
The patchwork quilt where I have got no further then sourcing some fabulous fabrics
The list goes on and on.
I think I need to decide which to focus on (probably the one nearest to completion) and vow not to pick up any of the others until it is finished!
